Thank you as most of you have fill up the form previously for the info and amount of marketing materials that you need for distribution.
 
As per our call last week, we are also extending the T-shirt/polo to Key SAP Users and users who involve in the Project Hermes UAT. 
To minimize back and forth communications, I’ve consolidate the collected forms. Let’s collab and update the information in this sharing spreadsheet:

A few things need your help with:
 
1.      Update the Polo/T-shirt name list (with size) in your respective country tab (local MCX pls add your name too if you’d like one)
2.      Confirm poster size
3.      Kindly check and confirm the information (amount and items) of your country, and update Checked & Confirmed column once done.
 
We will refer this spreadsheet as the source of truth, please be careful with the input and editing.

Happy to let you know that Project Hermes marketing materials (poster, table tent) and polo shirts have been shipped from KL, you should be receiving them soon (some of you may have already got it!). The items were packed according to the numbers you filled in here previously (only minor change to A2 poster numbers):

When you received and have the marketing items put up, can you kindly share some photos with us? Eg. tablet tent/poster in the office, and some group photos (or videos) with colleagues wearing the Hermes polo shirts.

I’ve seen a few photos that shared by you guys and they look amazing, happy to see that.
